We don’t have actually a physical store, but all of our orders are shipped from Switzerland.

Yes, however as a Switzerland based company you need to certify your country don’t have any issue from receiving our products.

What is your return policy and how it works?

You have the right to return any product purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. Attention, the usual return policy does not cover the free belt.

The product (s) must not have been used – they must be in the original packaging and with the protective labels and stickers intact – and in the same condition in which the watch was received.

Products purchased directly on our website must be returned to our deposits to be fully refunded; the product (s) cannot be returned to a local retail store.

Please note that “gift items” (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) cannot be exchanged and must be returned together with the other items in the order, if you want a refund. However, it is not necessary to return the gift package included with the purchase made during a campaign.
